KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00), cash in hand paid to BRENDA SMITH, an unmarried woman, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, by
CATHLEEN ANDERSON, an unmarried woman, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned grantor does hereby release, remise, quit claim and convey unto the said Grantee, all of
her right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, lying and being in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-
wit:
A one -half interest in Lot Thirty-One (31) in Star Valley Ranch, Plat Seven (7) as platted and recorded in the
official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent, and to easements and rights of
way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said grantee, her heirs and assigns in fee simple.
