KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of October
14, 2009 and executed by Scott J Balk and Vicki L. Balk, to The Bank of Star Valley, as
mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $70,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 23rd day of October,
2009 in book 734 PR of Mortgages, at Page 489 as document #950167 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its Cashier and its corporate seal to be affixed, this rsfl, day of
