CERTIFICATE OF REDEMPTION
The undersigned, pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §1 -18 -106, certifies that it
is the owner and holder of that certain Sheriffs Certificate of Sale, dated
November 3, 2009, and recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
November 3, 2009, in Reception No. 950341 in Book 735 at Page 74, covering
the following described real property:
with an address of 50 Aspen Way, Thayne, WY 83127
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
The foreclosure sale foreclosed that certain Mortgage by and
between Shawn Robertson and Allison lobst and Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation and
which Mortgage was recorded on June 25, 2004, at Reception No. 900497 in
Book 559 at Page 894 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-
officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming.
The highest and best bid for said property at said foreclosure sale
was the amount of $128,514.40, bid by Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation.
The undersigned certifies that full and sufficient redemption funds
have been received from Shawn Robertson and Allison Lobst.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Certificate of Redemption is hereby
issued to Shawn Robertson and Allison lobst.
