2009, for good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
conveys and warrants to Grantee, the Terry Allen Horrocks and Margie Lou Horrocks
Living Trust, dated the 15 day of December, 2009, the following described real estate,
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
Lot Sixty -One (61), Unit C -2, Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
TOGETHER WITH all rights, privileges and appurtenances belonging or in anywise
appertaining thereto, being subject, however, to easements, rights of way, restrictions,
etc., of record.
