Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Ridge Homeowners
Association, as contained in instruments of record with the Lincoln County Clerk in Book
553 of Photo, page 54, receiving number 8988829, that there exists a lien for assessments
and interest on the following described real property located within Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
Lot 11 of Aspen Ridge Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to
that plat filed April 28, 2004 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as
Plat No. 237 -B.
Unpaid Indebtedness: $688.80
This amount includes $150 in attorneys fees incurred in the preparation and filing of this
lien, and $38.80 in interest for non payment of homeowners assessments.
