THIS FIST MODIFICATION TO MORTGAGE "Modification is made this

Limited Liability Company "Lender and Michael Codman and Colleen Codman,
individuals, (collectively the "Borrower and hereby modifies that certain Mortgage
entered into on July 21, 2008, and recorded on July 22, 2008, as Document No. 940729,
in Book 700, Page 519, in the Lincoln County Clerk records, Kemmerer, Wyoming, (the
"Mortgage wherein Borrower mortgaged certain real property commonly known as
100 Codman Way, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, and legally described as follows:
LOT EIGHT (8) OF SHADOW DANCER ESTATES SUBDIVISION,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AUGUST 11, 2004 AS MAP NUMBER 173 -C
AND DOCUMENT NUMBER 901862 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
to secure performance of a certain Note wherein Borrower promised to pay to Lender the
principal sum of One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00).
The following terms and conditions hereby modify said Mortgage:
1. "Note" means the original Promissory Note signed by Borrower and dated
July 21, 2008, as modified by a First Modification to Promissory Note signed by
Borrower and dated October 21, 2009.

3. Maturity Date. Borrower has agreed to pay this debt in full not later
than October 21, 2011.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all of the terms and conditions of the original
Mortgage dated July 21, 2008, are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved, and shall
remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between any term and condition of
said Mortgage and this Modification, the terms and conditions of this Modification shall
control.
