Deola Warren, Grantor, whose address is P.O. Box 255, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, for and
in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any
covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantor, or Grantor's successors and
assigns, to Deola W. Warren, Trustee of the Deola W. Warren Revocable Trust under agreement
dated April 28, 2008, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 255, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, the
following parcel of land situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, more particularly described
as follows:
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way ofrecord or otherwise. Hereby releasing
and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.

being more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the Warren property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded in Book 14PR, on Page 333, and a portion of the
Erickson property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in
Book 438PR, on Page 402, all with the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, within GLO Lot 3, of Section 33,
T35N, R119W, of the 6 th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
metes and bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the East line of GLO Lot 1 of
Section 22, T5S, R46E, of the Boise Meridian, Caribou
County, Idaho, said Point of Beginning, being 23.49 feet
S0 39'38 "W, along said East line, from the Lloyd B. Baker
PE /LS 698, 2002 location for the Southwest Corner of GLO Lot
2, of said Section 33;
thence S87 27'03 "E 284.39 feet;
thence S0 34'50 "E 183.60 feet;
thence N86 52'51 "W 288.47 feet to a Point in said East line;
thence N0 39'38 "E, along said East line, 180.55 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, containing 1.20± Acres of land.
