Box 255, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantor, or Grantor's successors and assigns, to Deola W. Warren, Trustee of the Deola W. Warren Revocable Trust under agreement dated April 28, 2008, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 255, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, the following parcel of land situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements, encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way ofrecord or otherwise. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
