Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

A Wyoming Municipality
Grantee, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 281, Diamondville, Wyoming 83116, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State -to -wit:
A Parcel of land being part of Lot 4 of the Hillcrest East II Subdivision to the Town of
Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right -of -ways of record, of sight or
in use.

ATTATCHMENT A
A parcel of land being part of Lot 4 of the Hillcrest East II Subdivision to the Town of
Diamondville, Wyoming, and being more particularly described by meets and bounds as
follows:
Beginning at the westerly most corner of Lot 4 of the Hillcrest East II Subdivision to the
Town of Diamondville, Wyoming;
Thence N 78°56'17" E (N 78 °56' E record), along the northerly boundary of said Lot 4, a
distance of 73.73 feet to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 4;
Thence S 55 °29'38" W, a distance of 61.36 feet to a point on the southwesterly boundary
of said Lot 4. Said southwesterly boundary of Lot 4 being common with the
northeasterly boundary of East Hillcrest Drive.
Thence N 46°36'10" W (N 46 °36'27" W record), along the common boundary of said
Lot 4 and East Hillcrest Drive, a distance of 30.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning of this
description.
Said Parcel Containing 900 sq. ft. more or less.
