The Turning Point, Lincoln County's Self Help Center, d /b /a The Turning Point, A
Wyoming Nonprofit Corporation, Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND WARRANTS to Lincoln County, a political subdivision of the State of Wyoming,
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, the following described real estate situate in the
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 11 of the Old Fairgrounds Addition to the Town of Afton recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Instrument No. 929843.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions, Reservations,
Rights, Rights -of -Way, and Improvements of sight and or record.
