Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 4,
2007 and executed by Joshua Fawson and Bridgett Fawson, Husband and wife, to The Bank
of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described
as security for the payment of $175,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 7th
day of May, 2007 in book 656 PR of Mortgages, at Page 838 as document #929082 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
