BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SE1 /4 OF SAID
SECTION 23, SAID POINT BEING 775.50 FEET WEST OF THE B.L.M. TYPE
MONUMENT MARKING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID SE1 /4;
THENCE SOUTH 162.00 FEET, ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID
LAND IN BOOK 311; THENCE EAST 142 FEET ALONG THAT PORTION OF
THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE LAND CONTAINED IN WARRANTY DEED

Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on May 12, 2009, and the Certificate of Sale
was filed on May 12, 2009, at Reception No. 947087 in Book 722 at Page 765 in
the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
