constituted and appointed and by these presents do make and constitute and appoint
David A. Fagnant, my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead
for my use and benefit as follows:
To execute any and all documents necessary for the sale of, including,
but not limited to, Affidavits, Warranty Deeds, Settlement Statements, W-
9's, Contracts, Agreements and Requests for Payoffs, or any Documents
which require a Seller Signature, for following described property located

described on the official plat thereof

Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney to do and perform all and
every act whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the above stated
premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as the signer might and could do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming that said attorney shall lawfully
do or cause to be done in the above stated premises by virtue of these presents.
