limited liability company, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the community
benefits provided by the Grantee, have granted, gifted and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, gift and convey unto the Lincoln County Library Foundation, Inc., a
Wyoming non profit corporation, GRANTEE, whose address is 519 Emerald Street,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, all right, title and interest now owned or hereafter acquired
in and to the following described real estate, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances
and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants,
conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and rights -of -way of
sight and /or record.

recorded with Receiving No. 925666, in Book 644, on Page
828, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the NE1 /4SW1/4 of Section 14, T34N, R119W,
of the 6 P.M., Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
the Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly
described as. follows:
BEGINNING at a Point being 2,257.63 feet N29 °33'03 "W from
the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1993 location for the
Southeast Corner of the SW1 /4 of said Section 14, also
said Point of Beginning being 2,457.64 feet N38 °24'03 "E
from the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, location for the
