KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Len J. Hincks and Jennifer Hincks,
Husband and Wife, do hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of June 15, 2005
made and executed by Boyd W. Wilkes and Ione R. Wilkes, Trustees of the Boyd W.
Wilkes and lone R. Wilkes Revocable Trust dated March 30, 1994, as mortgagor(s) to
Len J. Hincks and Jennifer Hincks, Husband and Wife, as mortgagee(s) conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $90,472.88 as therein
stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio
Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
August 19, 2009 in Book 730 PR, Page 214 mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 4 of Block 7 of Grover, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
filed on January 18, 1898 as Map No. 144 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
