QUIT CLAIM and WARRANTY DEED
McKELL PORTER and LESA DRANEY PORTER, Trustees of the McKELL
and LESA DRANEY PORTER FAMILY TRUST, dated May 30, 2008, Grantors of the
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND FOREVER QUIT ANY AND ALL CLAIM to
DAVID D. PERKINS, Grantee, of County of Bennington, State of Vermont, his heirs,
successors and assigns, the following described real estate situated in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:

696 PR 270 of the Official Records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and as described
in the Plat of Boundary Adjustment for The McKell and Lesa Draney Porter
Family Trust, Dated 30 May, 2008 and David D. Perkins within the S1/2S1/2
Section 30, N1 /2NW1 /4 Section 31, T33N R118W Lincoln County, Wyoming.
GRANTORS CONVEY AND WARRANT TITLE to DAVID D. PERKINS, Grantee,
his heirs, successors and assigns, the following parcels of land, situated in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
The 20.29 acre parcel, as described in Book 696PR 278 and 696 PR 270 of the
Official Records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and as described in the Plat of
Boundary Adjustment for The McKell and Lesa Draney Porter Family Trust,
Dated 30 May, 2008 and David D. Perkins within the S1/2S1/2 Section 30,
N1 /2NW1/4 Section 31, T33N R118W Lincoln County, Wyoming.
