McKELL PORTER and LESA DRANEY PORTER, Trustees of the McKELL
and LESA DRANEY PORTER FAMILY TRUST, dated May 30, 2008, Grantors, of County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to DAVID D. PERKINS, Grantee, of County of Bennington, State of Vermont, and
his successors, heirs or assigns an easement for the benefit of the Grantees, on the following
described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following
purposes and under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for ingress and egress and
the installation and maintenance of utility services over, under and across a sixty (60) foot strip
of land, being thirty (30) feet each side of the following described parcel:
BEGINNING at the northeast point of that tract of record in said office in Book 696 of
Photostatic Records on page 278, S00 21' -06 "E, 292.00 feet, from the northeast corner
of the SE1 /4SW1 /4 of said Section 30;
thence N89 55'31" W, 1534.08 feet, along the north line of said tract, to a point;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368" or "SURVEYOR
SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 with appropriate details;
each "brass cap" marked by a 2" galvanized steel pipe with brass cap inscribed,
"MARLOWE A. SCHERBEL PLS 5368 AFTON WYHOMING with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT FOR THE McKELL AND
LESA DRANEY PORTER FAMILY TRUST, DATED 30 MAY 2008 AND DAVID D.
PERKINS WITHIN THE S1 /2S1/2 SECTION 30 N1 /2NW1 /4 SECTION 31 T33N
R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 30 October 2009, as revised.
2. Description of Easement and Servient Estate.
a sixty (60) foot strip of land, being thirty (30) feet each side of the following described
parcel:
BEGINNING at the northeast point of that tract of record in said office in Book 696 of
Photostatic Records on page 278, S00 21' -06 "E, 292.00 feet, from the northeast corner
of the SE1 /4SW1 /4 of said Section 30;
thence N89°-55'31" W, 1534.08 feet, along the north line of said tract, to a point;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap

3. Description of Dominant Estate. The above described easement shall be
for the benefit of the Grantees property described in the attached "EXHIBIT A
4. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in
this instrument.
