KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Commerce Eastside, a
Idaho Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of
August 31, 2006 and executed by FEATHERED HOOK PROPERTIES, to The Bank of
Commerce as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate described as security
for the payment of $1,000,000.00 which mortgage recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 5 day of September
2006, in book 632 PR of Mortgages, at Page 808 as document #922153 and said mortgage
corrected by Instrument #926150 recorded January 17, 2007 in Book 646 PR page 517 of Lincoln
County public records and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released,
and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagors the premises, thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN THE WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Commerce has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to signed by its VICE PRES and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 5TH ,day of
