WHEREAS, Albert G. Temme, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for New Day
Financial, LLC, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that
certain mortgage dated December 1, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 31, 2007, at
Reception No. 935912 in Book 682. at Page 540.
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., as nominee for New
Day Financial, LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on May 26, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at
the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue,
Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., as
nominee for New Day Financial, LLC "Successful Bidder made the highest and
best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $211,559.37,

Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of
