THIS MORTGAGE ASSIGNMENT entered into this 23rd day of September, 2009,
between Donald E. Snider and Jymme G. Snider whose address is PO Box 1326, Thayne, WY
83127, hereafter, the "Mortgage Assignor and Donald E. Snider and Jymme Georgia Snider,
Trustees, or their successors in trust, under THE DON JYMME SNIDER LIVING TRUST,
DATED OCTOBER 7, 2008, whose address is PO Box 1326, Thayne, WY 83127, hereafter, the
"Mortgage Assignee
In consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Mortgage
Assignor, the current owner and holder, grants, bargains, sells, conveys, assigns, transfers, and
sets over unto the Mortgage Assignee, without recourse, all of its right, title, and interest in and
to the Security Instrument dated September 9 2008, and recorded September 11, 2008, as
Receiving No. 942194 at Book 704, Page 666 in the land records of the Office of the Lincoln
County, Wyoming, Kemmerer, Wyoming between Niles F. Hanson, Jr. and Jayme E. Hanson,
husband and wife, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 1326, Thayne, WY 83127and Donald E.
Snider and Jymme G. Snider, Beneficiaries, whose address is. PO Box 1326, Thayne, WY
83127, upon the following real property, to wit:
That Property Described on the attached Quitclaim Deed recorded as Receiving No.
932546 in Book 670 at Page 200 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer,
Wyoming.
NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR RECOURSE. This Mortgage
Assignment is made without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied,
by Mortgage Assignor. Mortgage Assignee expressly accepts this Mortgage Assignment
without any right of recourse against the Mortgage Assignor.
DOCUMENTATION. Simultaneously with the execution of this Mortgage
Assignment, the Mortgage Assignor shall deliver to the Mortgage Assignee, all contracts, notes,
books of account, correspondence, security agreements, Mortgages, escrow instructions, and
other records and documents relating to the above Mortgage, together with all collateral
documents given there under as security on the above described property.
NOTIFICATION. The Mortgage Assignor shall notify the between Niles F. Hanson, Jr.
and Jayme E. Hanson of the transfer of this Mortgage Assignment and shall advise between
Niles F. Hanson, Jr. and Jayme E. Hanson to make all future payments to the order of the
Mortgage Assignee.
BINDING EFFECT. This Mortgage Assignment shall inure to the benefit of and be
binding upon the successors and assigns of both the Mortgage Assignor and the Mortgage
Assignee.
