MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE
THIS MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE dated December 30, 2009, is made and executed between Melvin D.
Hutchings, husband, whose address is 1892 County Road 125, Thayne, WY 83127 and Virginia L. Hutchings,
wife, whose address is 1892 County Road 125, Thayne, WY 83127 (referred to below as "Grantor and Bank of
Jackson Hole, whose address is 990 West Broadway; P.O. Box 7000, Jackson, WY 83002 (referred to below as
"Lender").
MORTGAGE. Lender and Grantor have entered into a Mortgage dated February 20, 2004 (the "Mortgage which has been recorded in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, as follows:
Receiving Number 897636, Book 549, Page 423.
REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Mortgage covers the following described real property located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
See Exhibit "A which is attached to this Modification and made a part of this Modification as if fully set forth herein.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1892 County Road 125, Thayne, WY 83127.
MODIFICATION. Lender and Grantor hereby modify the Mortgage as follows:
Modification of Mortgage to increase the maximum obligation to $700,000.00.
CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Mortgage shall remain unchanged and in full force and
effect and are legally valid, binding, and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not
waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Mortgage as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Mortgage (the
"Note It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all parties to the Mortgage and all parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including
accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly released by Lender in writing. Any maker or endorser, including accommodation makers,
shall not be released by virtue of this Modification. If any person who signed the original Mortgage does not sign this Modification, then all
persons signing below acknowledge that this Modification is given conditionally, based on the representation to Lender that the non signing
person consents to the changes and provisions of this Modification or otherwise will not be released by it. This waiver applies not only to any
initial extension or modification, but also to all such subsequent actions.
GRANTOR ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE AND GRANTOR AGREES TO ITS
TERMS. THIS MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE IS DATED DECEMBER 30, 2009.

and is described as follows.
W1 /2NE1/4, NW1 /4 (Except South 15 rods thereof); and NE diagonal half of the North 32 rods
of the NW1 /4SE1/4; all in Section 15, T34N, R119W, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
EXCEPTING: Beginning 267 feet North of the West Quarter Corner of Section 15, T34N,
R119W, and running THENCE N0 °0'E, 195 feet; THENCE N90 °00'E, 446.7 feet; THENCE
S0 °0'W, 195 feet; THENCE S90 °0'W, 446.7 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO
EXCEPTING: A portion of the NW1 /4NW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 15, Township 34 North, Range
119W of the 6 P.M., near Mayne, Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point along the East side of the Lincoln County Road No. 125 right-of-way
which point is 30 feet east of the Northwest Corner of Section 15, T34N, R119W of the 6 P.M.,

698, thence east along the North Section line of said Section 15 a distance of 354.00 feet thence
South along an existing fence 358.00 feet, thence West a distance of 294.00 feet to the Lincoln
County Road No. 125 right -of -way, thence Northwesterly along the said right of way to the point
of begixuiing.
