KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned does hereby certify that a certain Mortgage bearing date May 6, 2005, made and
executed by JOSHUA PAUMER, A SINGLE PERSON, as Mortgagor, and FIRST INTERSTATE BANK,
as Lender, conveying certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $12,142.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of
Deeds in and for Fremont County, Wyoming, on May 12, 2005, as Document No. 908354, with the note
secured thereby and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged, and the
undersigned does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said grantor the premises therein conveyed and
mortgaged, located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described as follows:
Lot 67 Star Valley Ranch P20 Unit 4, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Vacant land in Kemmerer, WY 83101.
