DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE
Lot 67 of Prater Canyon Estates, Unit 4 Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as described on the official plat filed on July 6,
1970, as instrument No. 423838 of the records of Lincoln
County Clerk.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Josh Trent Paumer, a
single man of Fremont County, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration to Josh Paumer, in hand paid
by Wyoming National Bank, a Wyoming Corporation, 1700 N Federal Blvd.,
Riverton, Wyoming 82501, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these
presents do for his heirs, executors and administrators, remised, release and
forever quitclaim unto Wyoming National Bank, its heirs and assigns, forever, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may
have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, to -wit;
This Deed is an absolute grant of title in effect as well as in form, and is
not intended by the Grantor to be a Mortgage. The conveyance herein is subject
to acceptance by Wyoming National Bank, the Grantor acknowledges that his
interest in the above described property shall not merge with the Mortgage and
that the mortgage encumbering the above described property shall remain in full
force and effect until the Mortgage Release is properly recorded by the Grantee.
The acceptance of this Deed and the consideration therefore shall be evidenced
by and be the recorded Release of said Mortgage.
The Grantor also hereby releases and waives all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto Wyoming National
Bank, its successors and assigns, to its own proper use and behoof forever. So
that Josh Paumer, nor any other person in his name or behalf, or any other
person in his name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or
title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by
these presents be excluded and forever barred.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
