OF STAR VALLEY is the Mortgagee and BRAD HOFHINES AND CAROLE ANN
HOFHINES are the Mortgagors, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has
sold the property hereafter described, according to law and said Order, at the front entry of the
Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 a.m. on January 5, 2010.
The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property described
below, after due and legal notice given, to the BANK OF STAR VALLEY, the mortgagee, under
the mortgage foreclosed for $108,982.86, the highest bid at the public auction conducted by the
undersigned.
The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is more particularly
described as follows:
The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriff's deed for the
property at the expiration of the statutory period of redemption unless the property is redeemed
prior to that date as provided by law.
