Klaczkiewicz, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated January 30, 2008 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the a records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 26, 2008, at Reception No. 937199 in Book 688 at Page 27. All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on September 1, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $138,884.57, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on September 1, 2009 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 1, 2009, at Reception No. 949208 in Book 730 at Page 873; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated December 23, 2009 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on daR IA\ 2010, at Reception No. osi (pStp in Bobk at Page WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX 75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to- wit: ShDeed Unit 3 of Mountainview Townhomes Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on September 23, 2003 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, as Plat No. 163 -C Sheriffs Deed Klaczkiewicz 09 -15660 Page 1 of 2 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its successors and assigns forever.
