WHEREAS, Brandon Cory Taylor, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide
Home Loans, Inc. dba Americas Wholesale Lender, as mortgagee, the
hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated July 10, 2007
(the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on July 18, 2007, at Reception No. 931391 in Book 666 at Page 188.
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. dba America's Wholesale Lender, acting under a
power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did
sell the hereinafter described real property on August 11, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock
in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. dba America's Wholesale Lender
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $436,479.59, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on August 11, 2009 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on August 11, 2009, at Reception No. 948865 in Book 729 at Page
517;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated December 23, 2009 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming on rO igUtaY1 2009, at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX
75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
