Box 3110, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, as legal holder and owner of a Mortgage executed by River Bend Meadows, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, as Mortgagors, to 1st Bank, as Mortgagee, dated July 5, 2006 and recorded August 9, 2006 in Book 629 beginning at Page 544, as modified by a Modification of Mortgage executed by River Bend Meadows, LLC, as Grantor, to 1st Bank, as Lender, dated June 28, 2007 and recorded July 5, 2007 in Book 664 beginning at Page 503, in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, concerning the real property in Lincoln County, Wyoming described in Exhibit "A attached hereto, has, and by these presents does waive, the priority of the lien of said Mortgage insofar as the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for River Bend Meadows is concerned, said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for River Bend Meadows being that document which was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on January 22 2010 in Book 740 beginning at Page 684 The undersigned, 1st Bank, hereby agrees that the lien of the Mortgage described above shall hereafter be inferior to the Declaration described above.
