CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and
transfers to Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, whose address is 350 Highland Dr.,
Lewisville, TX 75067, all the rights, title and interest in and to that certain Real Estate
Mortgage dated August 31, 2007, executed by Daisha L. Inman, to Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Twin City Bank and recorded
on September 6, 2007, at Reception No. 000400 in Book 671 at Page 400 of the
Official Records in the County Recorder's Office of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming on real estate legally described as follows:
