series of Four Aces, LLC, Grantee, for good and valuable consideration, an undivided one-
fourth (1/4) interest in the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming:
Lot #4 of Section 24 and Lot #1 of Section 25, T26N, R120 W, 6 P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all buildings, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto. LESS AND
EXCEPT the following described tract: Commencing at a point on the State
line which is 311/2 rods South of the Monument on Wyoming -Idaho Line
between Sections 24 25 and running thence East 22'/2 rods; thence South 10
rods; thence in a Southwesterly direction in a straight line to a point on the
Wyoming -Idaho State line which is 18 rods South of the place of beginning;
thence North 18 rods to the place of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and right -of-
way of record, of sight or in use.
