SUBORDINATION OF MORTAGE AGREEMENT
as present legal holder and owner of that certain Mortgage executed by RICHARD L
JENKINS AND KATHLEEN A JENKINS, as Mortgagors to ,1 BANK as Mortgagee, dated
AUGUST 7, 2007 and recorded in Book 668 of Photos, page 689 of the records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming and concerning the real property in Lincoln County, Wyoming described as
follows:
A tract of land lying in and being a portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 SE
1/4) of Section 4, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South boundary of said Section 4, said point being, 32.36 feet, South
89 °42' 16" East, from a BLM type monument marking the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4;
Thence North, 965.75 feet;
Thence South 43 °28'27" East, 1,199.52 feet;
