for the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the
the following described real property in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the SE1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 10, T 31 N, R 119
W,6 P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 40 rods, thence East 20 rods, thence South 40
rods, thence West 20 rods to the place of beginning, containing 5 acres of land,
Beginning at a point which is 1 1/2 rods East from the Northwest Corner of the
SE1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 10, T 31 N, R 119 W, 6 P.M., Wyoming, and running thence East 9
1/4 rods, thence South 40 rods, thence West 9 1/4 rods, thence North 40 rods to the point of
beginning.
This conveyance is made subject to any unpaid real property taxes and all other
easements, restrictions, rights-of-way and other encumbrances of record.
