whose address is 4692 North 300 West, Suite 209, Provo, UT 84604, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, in had paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does convey and warrant to the United States of America, whose address is
Washington, District of Columbia, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County
and the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 4 of Stonegate Ranches Amended II, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat filed on August 1, 2008 as Instrument No. 940940 of the records of
the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
