feet to true point of beginning. Equaling 2.25 acres All being part of Section 21
Township 35 North Range 119 West of the Six P.M. Wyoming.

Brog, first opportunity to purchase, in the case that we decide to sell, the below described
property minus the above described property for an agreed upon price between the two
parties:
