KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that FRANK E. DUNN, a single
man, P.O. Box 247, Montrose, California 91021, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to FRANK E. DUlN, TRUSTEE of the Frank E. Dunn
Revocable Trust dated March 30, 2006, P.O. Box 247, Montrose, California 91021, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 3 of Salt River Ranch, Lincoln County, ?homing, as described on the official
plat filed on September 8, 2006 as Instrument No. 922287 in the records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, exceptions, restrictions, and easements of
record, and to all rights -of -way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
