HomeMy WebLinkAbout952119TO: Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming Whereas, the undersigned is beneficiary under, and is the legal owner and holder of a certain Note Secured Against Real Estate and all other indebtedness secured by that certain Note Secured Against Real Estate as follows: Note Secured Against Real Estate DATED: May 12, 2009 RECORDED: May 15, 2009 ENTRY NO: #947202, Book 723, Page 95 AMOUNT: $12,000.00 EXECUTED BY: VIRGINIA BAYLES as creditor and MITZI BAYLES as debtor BENEFICIARY: VIRGINIA BAYLES Said Note Secured Against Real Estate covers all real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: "SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A" And whereas, the Note Secured Against Real Estate, together with all other indebtedness secured by said Note Secured Against Real Estate, has been fully paid and satisfied, you are hereby requested and directed, on payment to you of any fees owing for this service, to cancel said Note Secured Against Real Estate above mentioned, and all other evidences of indebtedness secured by said Note Secured Against Real Estate, and to reconvey the real property without warranty, back to the party who signed said Note Secured Against Real Estate as the debtor, Mitzi Bayles,(who has had the legal married name of Mitzi Bayles Clinger, but who is now legally Mitzi Bayles, after her divorce). The undersigned beneficiary does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lincoln County and all agents for its (their) issuance of said reconveyance from any and all losses and expenses which might occur, whether by legal action or otherwise, regarding this matter, including, but not limited to, litigation fees, attorney's fees, court costs, judgments, interest or other expenses inasmuch as Lincoln County and its agents are relying on this statement, made under oath, as an inducement to issue the reconveyance requested herein.
