hereby Quit Claim to
Jim R. Heiner and Lucinda Ann Heiner, husband and wife, Grantees,
for the sum of Ten and no /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration the
following described property in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:

on Page 116, and a portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with
receiving No. 935815, in Book 682, on Page 107, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the NE1 /4NE1/4 of Section 9, and the NW1 /4NW1/ 4 of Section 10,aII in T33N,
R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more
particularly described as follows:
