HomeMy WebLinkAbout952174THIS INDENTURE, made this day of February, 2010 by and between the TROUT UNLIMITED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC A limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Wyoming, as Grantor, whose address is PO Box 550, Afton, Wyoming 83110, and MG JM SCHWAS FAMILY TRUST whose address is PO Box 106, Afton, Wyoming 83110, as Grantee. WITNESSETIi, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to -wit: Part of the SE1 /4NE1/4 of Section 13, T32N R119W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to tie -in with the tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 603PR on Page 45 as follows: Beginning at a point described as N 00 21'01" E 471.58 feet and N 89 07'31" E 183.99 feet from the SW Corner of the SE 1 /4 of the NE 1 /4 of Section 13 mentioned above, and proceeding thence; North 201.42 feet; thence West 74.36 feet; thence North 140.00 feet; thence East 210.00 feet; thence South 140.00 feet; thence West 75.64 feet; thence South 200.50 feet; thence S 89 °07'31" W 60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. SUBJECT, however to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.
