The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, in which Evergreen
Solutions 2 LLC, as trustor, and Gary and Kaylyn LyeIls Revocable Living Trust dated
November 2, 2998, Gary R. LyeIls and Kaylyn B. LyeIls, Trustees, is Beneficiary, recorded on
December 28, 2009, in Book 739, Page 41, in the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, having
received from the beneficiary a written request to reconvey, reciting that the obligation secured by
the Deed of Trust has been fully satisfied, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
entitled thereto all of the right, title and interest now held by the Trustee and secured party in and
to that land described in said Trust Deed situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming as follows:
That part of the NW1 /4 of Section 12, T24N, R116W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as

BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said NW1 /4 of said section 12, found as described in the
Corner Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County;
