whose address is 7958 South 2100 East, South Weber, UT 84405, Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to DAVID K. BOREN and LAURIE
ANN BOREN, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties with a right of survivorship, whose
address is 7958 South 2100 East, South Weber, UT 84405, the Grantees, all interest presently owned
or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot Fifty -Six (56) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Two (2) as platted and recorded in the
Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
