G; 1— I, Vanet Clemons, being first duly sworn upon my oath depose and state as follows:

o 1. That I am the trustee named in the Vanet Clemons Revocable Trust dated
R a August 10, 1998..
2. That on June 20, 2008 in Book 698PR on page 55 of records of Lincoln County
Clerk was recorded a Warranty Deed from The Narrows Development Corporation, a
Wyoming Corporation, to Vanet Clemons, Trustee of the Vanet Clemons Revocable
Trust dated August 14, 1998 conveying the following described land:
Lot 16 of Salt River Ranch, Lincoln County Wyoming as described on the official plat
filed on September 8, 2006 as instrument No. 922287 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
3. The Warranty Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly defined
as required by W.S. 34 122 (1977) in that the date of the Trust shown was incorrect.
The date of the Trust should be August 10, 1998..
I, Vanet Clemons, do solemnly swear that I have read the foregoing Affidavit subscribed
by me; that I know the contents thereof and verily believe the statements therein
contained are true.
