Kay W. Wilkes and Patsy A Wilkes, as Trustees of the Wilkes Family Trust dated February
20, 2004, and as individuals, grantors, of Bedford, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, hereby convey and
quitclaim to Shelley Kaye Peterson, Allen Randel Wilkes, J. Bradley Wilkes, Stuart Thomas Wilkes,
and Allen Todd Wilkes, acting jointly, as trustees of the Wilkes Legacy Trust, under agreement dated
f e.L t 9 20 Ja, grantees, the following described tract of land located in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
E1/2, S 1/2, S 1/2, SE1 /4, Section 17, T34N, R118W, Sixth Pr. Mer., more particularly described as the tract of
land situated East of the Lost Creek Irrigation lateral, containing 20 acres, more or less, including all oil, gas,
water and mineral rights appurtenant thereto.
Together with a 20 foot wide easement to water livestock described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of
the above described 20 acre tract and running West to the West bank of the Hardman Ditch; thence South
along said ditch 20 feet, more or less, thence East to a point on the West boundary of said above described tract
20 feet South of the point of beginning; thence North 20 feet to the point of beginning.
