THIS DEED, made by JANAE E. HARRIS and JILL R. COOLEY, as General
Co- Personal Representatives of the Estates of Maurice L. Robison and Lola W. Robison,
deceased, "Grantors to ROBERT D. HARRIS, "Grantee whose address is 3247 N. 560 W.,
Lehi, UT 84043,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Grantors are the duly- appointed and qualified general co- personal
representatives of said estates, filed as Bonneville County Case No. CV -08 -1313, in Bonneville
County, Idaho;

Lot 10, Indian Creek, Subdivision, according to that plat filed September 22, 1994 as Plat
No. 105 -A in the Office of County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Lots 12, 13 and 14, Alpine Resort Company Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to that plat filed in the Office of County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Lot 63, Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1, Plat 3 amended, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to that plat of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk,
Subject to perpetual covenant that Lot 63 cannot be subdivided or split; and
Reservation of a perpetual access easement to Grantors property thirty (30) feet in width with
the centerline more specifically described below for ingress and egress, and for buried utility
lines and pipes, together with the right to maintain and repair the same.
The legal description of the centerline of the easement is as follows:
Beginning at the W 1/16 Corner of Sections 17 and 20, T37N, R118W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, thence N00 12' 10 "W, along the west line of the W 1/2 SE SW '4, a distance of
204.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N34 30'50 "W, a distance of 88.00 feet; thence
N00 42' 16 "W, a distance of 148.00 feet; thence N21 17' 50 "E, a distance of 140.00 feet where it
leaves Lot 63, Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1, Plat 3 Amended.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
easements and right -of -ways of record or in use.

TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, and rents, issues and profits thereof;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said premises, together with the
appurtenances, unto the said Grantee and to her successors and assigns forever.
In construing this Deed and where the context so requires, the singular includes
the plural.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantors have hereunto set their hands the
