Wyoming, being more particularly described by meets and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the southerly most corner of Lot 8, Block 1, of the Hillcrest East Subdivision of the Town
of Diamondville, Wyoming, where is found an aluminum cap monument (ACM) and from which the
southeasterly corner of said Lot 8, where is found an ACM, bears N 45 °08'00" E, a distance of 112.91 ft.;
Thence N 17 °21'30" W (N 17°12' W record), along the common boundary of said Lot 8 and East Hillcrest
Drive, a distance of 41.93 ft. (42.00 ft. record), to an angle point on said common boundary, where is
found an ACM;
Thence N 46 °46'09" W (N 46 °36'27" W record), continuing along the common boundary of said Lot 8
and East Hillcrest Drive, a distance of 4.14 ft. to the Point of Beginning of this description;
Thence continuing N 46 °46'09" W (N 46 °36'27" W record), along the common boundary of said Lot 8
and East Hillcrest Drive, a distance of 15.80 ft. to a point;
Thence N 61 °32'02" E, across said Lot 8, a distance of 105.57 ft., to a point on the easterly boundary of
said Lot 8;
Thence S 46 °45'21" E (S 46 96'27" E record), along the easterly boundary of said Lot 8, a distance of
13.51 ft. to an angle point on said easterly boundary, where is found an ACM;
Thence S 16 °19'57" E (S 17 °12' E record), continuing along the easterly boundary of said Lot 8, a distance
of 2.23 ft. to a point;
Thence S 61 °32'02" W, across said Lot 8, a distance of 104.38 ft., to the Point of Beginning of this
