Miles, Grantor, whose address is 692 Alpine Village Loop, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantor, or Grantor's successors and assigns, to Matthew Gerald Miles, Trustee of the Matthew Gerald Miles Revocable Trust under agreement dated February 12, 2009, Grantee, whose address is 692 Alpine Village Loop, Alpine, Wyoming 83128 all of Grantor's right, title and interest, if any, in and to that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Lot 76 of Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1, Plat 2, Amended, Third Filing, according to that Plat filed in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on November 29, 2001 as Plat No. 188 -F, Instrument No. 877633. Including and together with all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of -way of sight and /or record. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
