Kemmerer County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration of ten dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to Jason J. Thornock and Tracy Thornock, husband and wife, as
tenants by the dntireties with a right of survivorship, of P.O. Box 161, Town of Cokeville, County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantee, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Attested to:
Lot Three (3) of the Block One (1) in the Town of Cokeville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Together with the thirty foot by forty foot metal building located thereon.
Subject to easements and restrictions of record.

acknowledged that they had been duly and properly granted authority by the Board of Trustees to
