person, Grantor(s), for and in consideration of Ten ($10) Dollars and other valuable
considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
QUIT CLAIM to Dirk C Crenshaw, a married person as sole and separate property,
Grantee(s), the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and the State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
A portion of Lot 3 (NE1 /4NW1 /4), of Section 1, T31N, R1 19W, of the 6"' P. M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike set at a point in the North line of Section 1,
said point being 314.03 feet N89 °44'50 "W, along said North line, from the Spike
found marking the Northeast Corner of said Lot 3; thence S5 °47'23 "W 135.88
feet to an Iron Pipe Set; thence S0 °18'45 "E 1,174.91 feet to an Iron Pipe Set;
thence N89 °38'53 "W 327.15 feet to an Iron Pipe Set; thence N0 °53'36 "E
1309.61 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike set at a point in said North line; thence
S89 °44'50" E 314.03 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 9.445 acres of
land.
SUBJECT TO: A 30 foot Easement for Papworth Lane, County Road 12 -145 for
Ingress and Egress and Utilities.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Dirk C Crenshaw, a
married person, to his own proper use forever, so that no other person or entity
shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any
part hereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded
and forever barred.
