whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT an undivided
one -half (1/2) tenancy in common interest to ERICK W. ESTERHOLDT,
as Trustee of the ERICK W. ESTERHOLDT REVOCABLE TRUST dated
February 6, 2009, and an undivided one -half (1/2) tenancy in common
interest JEANNE M. ESTERHOLDT, as Trustee of the JEANNE M.
ESTERHOLDT REVOCABLE TRUST dated February 6, 2009, Grantees, whose
address is PO Box 128, Cokeville, WY 83114 the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:

Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows: Beginning at
Station 167 +19.3 on the West right -of -way line of State Secondary
Road No. S -82 where is found a 6" x 6" concrete post with brass
marker inscribed "S 82 -1 Sta. 167.19 +3 El. 6314.55" which station
is N 48 -11'W, 1772 feet from corner No. 1 of tract 96 where
is found a 2" galv. steel pipe 30" long with brass cap inscribed
