EA._f oran° xyl� SHERIFF'S DEED 000888 1, Shane Johnson, duly elected and acting Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, have granted and sold and do hereby convey to Michael J. Martin and Jennifer A. Martin, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, 233 Aspen Way, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901, their heirs, successors and assigns, in consideration of the sum paid as high bidders at a mortgage foreclosure sale held on October 13, 2009, at Kemmerer, Wyoming, of that certain mortgage recorded at Reception No. 898018 in Book 550 at Page 642 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, said mortgage assigned Wyoming Community Development Authority by instrument dated March 19, 2004, recorded at Reception No. 898071 in Book 550 at Page 772 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, with Bessie G. Jackson as mortgagor, as evidenced by a Certificate of Sale recorded in Book 733 on Page 754 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and with the expiration of three (3) months and thirty (30) days from the date of said sale, without the property being redeemed as provided by law, the following described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to have and hold forever, to wit: LOT 12 OF BLOCK 4 TO THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
