ELAINE T. CAZIER FAMILY TRUST, Dated December 30, 1991, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of Ten (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to LAYNE Q. CAZIER, a married
man, of 626 Papworth Lane, Afton, Wyoming, GRANTEE, the following described real estate,
situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
A tract of land :ocated within the SE1 /4SW1 /4, of Section 36, T32N, R119W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more specifically described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 528 feet East of the Southwest corner of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4SW1 /4) of said Section 36; and
running
THENCE East (along section line) a distance of 319 feet:
THENCE North (parallel to the west line of the SE1 /4SW1/4) a distance of 330
feet;
THENCE West a distance of 319 feet;
THENCE South a distance of 330 feet to the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 2.42 acres, more or less;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of the above described tract previously
conveyed to the GRANTEE by Quinn B Cazier and Elayne T. Cazier on August
31, 1978, and described in that deed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk in Book 149PR, Page 106;
THE INTENT herein being to adjust and enlarge the boundaries of the previously
conveyed 1.0 acre land tract, excepted above, 187 feet to the east to enclose a new
total area of 2.42 acres as described above, and not to create any additional or
separate parcel of land.
