Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 53 rods North of the Southwest corner of the NW1/4 of said Section 18 and running thence North 4 rods; Thence East 4o rods; Thence South 4 rods; Thence West 40 rods to the point of beginning. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
