SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Angela C. Shoell and Melvin Dean Shoell, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated February 20, 2007 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
February 21, 2007, at Reception No. 926928 in Book 649 at Page 248.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NATIXIS Real
Estate Capital Trust 2007 -HE2

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NATIXIS
Real Estate Capital Trust 2007 -HE2, acting under a power of sale contained in
the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on October 27, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at
public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925
Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee
for NATIXIS Real Estate Capital Trust 2007 -HE2 "Successful Bidder made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$59,500.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful
Bidder on October 27, 2009 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued
by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 27, 2009, at Reception
No. 950219 in Book 734 at Page 605;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Deutsche Bank
National Trust Company, as Trustee for NATIXIS Real Estate Capital Trust
2007 -HE2, c/o Fidelity National FC Solutions, 1270 Northland Drive, #200,
Mendota Heights, MN 55120, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and
interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, to -wit:

Part of Section 6, T31N R118W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming described more particularly
as follows:
COMMENCING 41 feet south of the Northwest corner
of SW1 /4SW1/4 of said Section 6, and on the right of

all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
